DESCRIPTION

1. Identification of mutations N501 and E484K in strains B.1.1.7., B.1.351, P.1 and B.1.525

3. The kit is designed for the simultaneous detection of SARS-CoV-2 N gene, N501Y and E484K mutations in the S gene.
4. It can be used to reconfirm a previously diagnosed SARS-CoV-2 positive case and also helps determine if the sample contains mutant strains B.1.1.7., B.1.351, B.1.525 or P.1.
